Vikrant Narayan Vasudeva is an advocate at the Supreme Court of India and proprietor of Vikrant Narayan Vasudeva Law Offices. He also teaches as a visiting faculty at the University of Delhi, New Delhi, Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi.
Vikrant holds the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Law (Ph.D.) from the Indian Law Institute. He was a Doctoral Fellow with Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property & Competition Law, Germany and an Invited Researcher of the Japan Patent Office at the Institute of Intellectual Property, Tokyo, Japan. He pursued his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The George Washington University Law School, Washington D.C., U.S.A. after obtaining his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Honours) from GGS Indraprastha University, New Delhi, India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from the Indian Law Institute. He has also completed certificate courses from Harvard University and World Intellectual Property Organization.
